All platform architecture, visual branding, trademarks, proprietary text, and software features are the exclusive property of Alphatac or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Fees & Subscription Terms

Access to specific platform features or modules may be subject to recurring subscriptions or service fees. All payments made are final and non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alphatac shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to access, the platform and its features.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

We collect, process, and safeguard your personal information strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Service Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account access immediately and without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms periodically. The current version and effective date are stated in the Document Control section of this document. Your continued access to the platform following any modifications constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, and the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
